Commitment to Service: At Indian Sun Candles, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your products arrive safely and in a timely manner.
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post or TNT for all our products. A flat rate of AUD $15.00 is applied to standard shipping. Once your products are shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to ten business days for your order to arrive.
For orders shipped to a commercial address, a signature will be required upon delivery. For all other deliveries, we will leave your order in a safe place at the premises where possible.
Ordering and Returns: Please choose your products carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental orders. Every care is taken to pack your order securely. However, if your products are damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence of the damaged goods and packaging, and we will offer a refund or replacement.
Damages: We take every care to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of your products being damaged during transit, we will offer a refund or replacement provided that you send us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 24 hours of receiving them.
